Position: Part-time Staff Pharmacist
Location: Franklin, TN 37067
Compensation: $60.00-$63.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
This position will work a set schedule ofSunday-Wednesday7:30 am - 1:30 pmSunday's have a flexible start time, but must provide 6-hours of coverageThese positions also work rotating weekends and holidays.Benefits: Clinical Solutions values work-life balance and provides an Employee Assistance Program to all employees. Minimum Qualifications:
Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer and not require sponsorshipLicense to practice pharmacy in the state of the position is requiredMust also be willing to obtain licensure for multiple states as needed1 - 3 years of Pharmacist experience is required1 - 3 years of Closed-Door Pharmacy experience is preferredAbility to think critically and perform tasks efficiently with accuracyStrong attention to detail; ability to organize and prioritize to maintain productivityPossess the ability and initiative to plan for and complete daily activities with minimal directionComfortable learning new software and technologyMust be able to pass a background check and additional pre-hire requirements Excellent communication and leadership skillsDuties:
Assists in the daily activities of the pharmacy, including the development, oversight, and monitoring of services, in support of policies, goals, and objectives established by the Pharmacy Manager.Review orders for accuracy and clinical appropriateness.Verify all prepared DURs are accurate and communicate recommendations to clients in a timely manner.Complete quality assurance checks on all orders filled by fulfillment staff prior to dispensing and releasing the orders to Shipping.Communicates well and maintains positive client relationships and answers any pharmacist related calls and/or questions.Other special projects and duties as assigned by management.Knowledge and Skills:
Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and communicate effectively with clients, employees, and vendors.Understand, promote, and comply with rules and regulations governing patient rights.Keeps abreast of current state, federal and company policies, procedures, and regulations.Adhere to regulatory and company compliance, including OSHA, DEA, State Board of Pharmacy, and Clinical Solutions Code of Conduct, Business Ethics, Policies and Procedures.Advise pharmacy staff on changes to any known regulatory changes/updates.Must possess strong interpersonal skills. Must have strong organizational and communication skills.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office or other Windows based software programs.Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information.Proficient in clinical interpretation: drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interactions, and allergiesPhysical Demands:
