As a Chief Nursing Officer, you will play a crucial role in the strategic leadership for all nursing and other designated patient care functions and services within the organization. Key Responsibilities: You will assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate the nursing practice on a facility level Assume 24/7 responsibility and accountability to ensure high quality nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care Represent nursing concerns on the governing board and at medical staff leadership meetings Key Qualifications: Demonstrated history of progressive nursing leadership Ability to oversee 10 Directors, 270 Nurses, and 145-bed facility Experience spearheading retention and technology adoption efforts Experience in building strategy to increase throughput through an Emergency Department Experience overseeing a union workforce in a for-profit organization Active CA Nursing License or willing to obtain Compensation and Additional Information: Salary up $225K Progressive Bonus Structure based on Performance Travel is 25% (local) Opportunity to grow into multi-site role
