We re looking for someone to join our team as a Physician Rheumatologist who: Will provide specialized care in diagnosing and managing patients with rheumatic diseases and autoimmune disorders, working in collaboration with our licensed independent providers, clinical pharmacists, and care teams. Benefits: $450,000 - $ 550,000 Base salary (Commensurate with experience) Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance for physician and family (begins on first day of employment) Paid CME Relocation reimbursement Loan repayment Malpractice coverage through the FTCA/Federal Tort Claims Act Essential Functions: Provide outpatient consultation and management of patients with rheumatic and autoimmune conditions (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, vasculitis, osteoporosis). Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging and laboratory studies, to guide treatment decisions. Perform joint aspirations, injections, and other rheumatologic procedures as appropriate. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team. Refer patients to other specialists as clinically indicated. Collaborate with primary care providers, clinical pharmacists, and ancillary staff to coordinate comprehensive care. Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with CSV policies and federal regulations.
