Responsibilities:Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients presenting with pain-related conditionsPerform thorough physical examinations and review patient medical historiesOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and lab resultsPrescribe medications and manage ongoing patient care in compliance with clinical guidelinesCollaborate with multidisciplinary care teams including specialists, nurses, and support staffMaintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and pain management strategiesPerform and interpret electrodiagnostic studies (EMG/NCS)Requirements:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institutionValid and unrestricted New Jersey medical licenseBoard certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty (Pain Management, PM&R, or related field preferred)DEA registration and ability to prescribe controlled substancesStrong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approachExperience with EMR systems and maintaining thorough medical documentationAbout Us:Clifton Burt Pain, PC is a trusted pain management practice located in Clifton, NJ, committed to improving the quality of life for patients suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions.
