  Represent top national brands inside trusted retail partnersConduct in-person presentations and direct sales to acquire new customersWork in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentConsistently meet and exceed performance-based sales goalsBuild lasting relationships with customers and teammatesDevelop strong leadership, communication, and goal-setting skillsParticipate in hands-on training and systematic development programs

  What We’re Looking For

  Reliable, energetic, and outgoing personalityCompetitive and goal-driven mindsetTeam-player mentality with leadership potentialEagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challengesBackground in customer service, retail, hospitality, sports, or real estate is a plusExperience in insurance sales, residential sales, canvassing, or cold calling also a plusExcellent face-to-face communication and interpersonal skillsData-driven, coachable, and adaptable in a fast-paced settingHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

We started as an idea in CEO Colleen’s Buck mind shortly after graduating from college. She had little understanding of what the “right path” was for her, but understood she wanted to help and serve others. She had an opportunity to work in the direct sales industry which taught her the art of communication and self-management, and thus, CLG Nashville was born. We are a leading business that uses direct sales as a vehicle to develop our people into executives that can manage major clients' campaigns and in turn help people and others develop into leaders as well. We’ve been open for the last 5 years and have seen immense growth as a team and are extremely excited about the next 5 years.
