United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Cashiers to join their team at Chick-fil-A located inside of the Cincinnati Airport
Responsibilities
Processing customer transactionsTaking guests ordersDisplaying Chick-fil-A's Core FourCollecting payments (cash, card, etc.), and issuing receiptsProviding guests service, which includes greeting the guest, suggestively offering items and meals, answering questionsMaintaining a clean front counter/checkout areaMaking beverages and dessertsStocking drink stations, making and restocking bulk beverages, and cleaning FOH dishwareFollowing uniform/appearance guidelinesCalling out orders and handing guests their foodFollowing all bagging guidelinesJob Requirements
Stands for long periodsRoutinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 poundsBends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spacesIs legally able to work in the U.S.Is able to pass a federal background checkExecutes tasks independentlyLearns and memorizes tasks effectivelyMaintains concentration and focus on tasksPerforms tasks in small or restrictive spacesWorks in or around large crowdsBenefits (full time Team Members):

No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service and food is preferred.
