    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion.Develop and review engineering designs, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff.Contribute to business development efforts and maintain client relationships.Implement and maintain quality control processes.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.Present at board meetings with community leaders and manage relationships with customers, businesses, and community leadership.


    Qualifications:
