North Miami Beach based Title Company is seeking an experienced Title Processor/Closer for immediate hire. The ideal candidate is someone with a positive attitude, has prior title experience, is reliable and detail oriented. This is a Full-Time position; Schedule is Monday to Friday - 9:00AM - 5:00PM.
Responsibilities:
Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional and polished with excellent customer service skillsBe able to Manage files from inception to closingRequest title searches, placing survey orders, lien search orders, estoppel, etcClear title requirements for closingCoordinating closings with Buyer, Seller, Attorney(s), Lender and Realtors, and set up the closing location, date and time and executing mail-away closings, as applicableDraft and/or organize closing documentsPreparation of final HUD-1, Closing Statement or Closing Disclosure for both Buyer and Seller sidesPerforming the closing with all parties and notarization of all documentsObtaining funding authorization from the Lender, if applicableRequirements:
Must be able to work efficiently, handle deadline pressures and work as a member in a team-oriented environment.Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast pace environmentMust have a Positive attitude, be a team player and be self-motivatedMust have 1+ years of experience in title processing/closingsMust be computer proficient and experience in Qualia, Microsoft Outlook and WordFluent and Clearly spoken/written EnglishBilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not requiredSalary is commensurate with ability and experience.
