Responsibilities • • • • • • • • • • Lead and supervise cleaning crews on residential and commercial post-construction cleaning projects. Ensure all work meets Class A Cleaning's high standards of quality. Train, motivate, and support team members. Inspect completed work and address any quality concerns before leaving each job site. Meet with clients and contractors professionally and courteously. Prepare job estimates and quotes for new cleaning projects. Schedule and coordinate crews and job assignments. Maintain company equipment and cleaning supplies. Drive company vehicles or travel between job sites as needed. Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed. Qualifications • • • • • • • • • Previous professional cleaning experience required (post-construction cleaning experience preferred). Prior leadership or supervisory experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to accurately estimate and quote cleaning jobs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable, dependable, and punctual. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
