Responsibilities • Provide individual, family, and group therapy in accordance with consumer treatment plans • Develop individualized treatment plans in compliance with county, state, and federal regulations • Create transition and discharge plans by evaluating treatment progress, recovery goals, and outcomes • Participate in team meetings, supervision, evaluations, and required trainings • Conduct psychosocial assessments at intake and at required intervals • Complete standardized and outcome-based assessments as required by program guidelines • Evaluate treatment effectiveness through ongoing treatment plan reviews • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic, person-centered care • Provide clinical support, mentoring, and training to outpatient team members • Assist staff with consultation and case review for treatment modalities and clinical presentations • Respond to crisis and emergency situations, including mandated reporting and risk interventions • Maintain assigned caseload and adhere to scheduled service delivery expectations • Participate in ongoing professional development, supervision, and team meetings • Maintain professional, ethical, and respectful interactions with consumers, families, and staff • Support organizational needs by completing additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related clinical discipline from an accredited institution • Verified completion of a clinical practicum • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health setting, CASSP system, or licensed mental health agency • Active participation in clinical supervision toward licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) • Experience with behavioral modification techniques • Proficiency in psychosocial assessments and clinical documentation • Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills • Ability to respond effectively in crisis situations and make sound clinical decisions • Proficiency with electronic health record systems Compensation Read Less
