    Our client, a leading architecture firm is looking for a Graphics Technology Specialist. This role offers valuable experience supporting existing technologies and workflows as well as implementing emerging technologies on a variety of high-profile architectural projects. This position will be exposed to a wealth of interdisciplinary skill sets including Artificial Intelligence, Virtual/Augmented Reality, 3D Modeling, 3D Printing.The Graphics Technology Specialist position assists with the research and development, configuration, deployment/implementation, maintenance, training and support of technology related to graphic design software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite. The position also requires staying informed about the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the field, as well as providing backup for the Helpdesk Support Specialists.Essential Job Functions• Provide first-line support presentation applications (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft PowerPoint) and the full Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.• Develop standards, interoperability workflows and training for applications as directed by IT Help Desk Manager.• Coordinate workflows between applications by working closely with architectural design staff and Marketing to ensure consistent and efficient graphics and presentation production.• Address design challenges and find creative solutions to meet project needs.• Develop and maintain customized software deployments (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).• Maintain an understanding of presentation graphics workflow and the color-print environment.• Develop and present education/training initiative during new staff training and continuing education.• Assist Solutions Engineer, Design Technology Team with research and development projects of emerging technologies, including AI, VR/AR, 3D Modeling, computational design, project management software.• Attend virtual and in-person conferences such as BILT and Adobe Max.Experience & Qualifications:Required Qualifications:• Minimum Bachelor's degree in graphic design, technology or related areas.• 1-3 years of professional industry experience.• Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.• Strong organizational and time-management skills.• 3 years’ experience in graphic design production and/or support.• Proficiency in industry-standard design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat).• Experience providing technical support in a design environment.• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency at all levels.Preferred Skills:• Familiarity with VR/AR applications, AI-driven design tools, and scripting.• Previous experience in training teams and developing learning materials.

    Our client, a nonprofit in the criminal justice sector, is seeking a Case Manager to join their team. The Case Manager will report to the Clinical Supervisor and support the Supervised Release Program in Queens Criminal Court. The Case Manager must be a dynamic, knowledgeable, and experienced individual with a background in social services, psychology, or clinical work to help make an impact on the ever-changing court system and alternative initiatives aimed at reducing detention and crime rates in the city.This opportunity will begin on a temp-to-perm basis. The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of experience in case management, a basic understanding of NYC courts, and working knowledge of treatment programs for clients. This position will be located in Queens court and the NYC office location. The client can offer $28-$30/hour, depending on experience, and $65k upon conversion. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESClient Needs Assessments:Conducting the intake/assessment interview to identify participants’ immediate needs, including risk factors for criminal recidivism.Assessing for mental health and substance abuse problems, making outside referrals as appropriate.Verifying participant contact information, applicable activities, and responsibilities to assign participants to a designated level of supervisionClient Engagement:Reviewing with participants the conditions of release, program agreement, and consents for disclosureMaintaining face-to-face and telephone contact with participants, monitoring re-arrests, and preparing written progress reports for courtMotivating participants to engage in voluntary services.Documentation and Reporting:Updating computerized case management appointments accordingly to produce periodic reports on participant complianceWriting formal progress reports for each court date, in accordance with program requirements and quality standards; advocating for graduated sanctions for eligible clientsCompleting all necessary documentation and maintaining all data set reporting requirements in the agency databaseTeamwork and Relationship Building:Maintaining professional communication with defense attorneys, ADAs, and referral agencies until transfer or completion of reporting responsibilitiesAppearing and advocating in court regarding participants’ compliance as necessaryActively participating in clinical supervision, case review meetings, staff meetings, and on-service trainings; identify new opportunities for staff developmentQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice, or other related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in case managementKnowledge of NYC Court Operations, preferredThe successful candidate will possess a combination of the following knowledge, skills, and experiences:Familiarity with the Alternative to Detention (ATD), Alternative to Incarceration (ATI), or other advocacy program modelsWorking knowledge of treatment programs (substance abuse, mental health, etc.) and other support services (GED, job training, YIP, etc.) for referralsAbility to exercise sound and quick judgmentExcellent communication and writing skillsExcellent time management skillsComputer literate with the ability to quickly adapt to changing technologyBilingual skills preferred (Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, French-Creole, a plus)Must be willing to work evening and weekend hours, if neededCASAC or CASCT encouraged to apply
