Functional Objectives
Provide expert-level support and continuous improvement for SAP Sales solutions on the SAP S/4HANA platform.Ensure the stability, compliance, and performance of SAP modules supporting Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Customer Master Data, and integration with B2B platforms, EDI interfaces, and CRM systems.Deliver Level 3 (L3) support and manage the end-to-end delivery of enhancements, from requirement gathering through design, testing, and deployment.Contribute to SAP architecture governance, technical documentation standards, and IT governance processes to ensure consistency and audit readiness.Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP Sales, supporting projects, change initiatives, and digital transformation efforts.Collaborate closely with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) to align IT solutions with business priorities and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.Main Tasks

Education:

Job Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and plant equipment to ensure uptime and safety
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues across conveyors, robotics, and production systems
• Work safely under Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and other safety protocols; maintain proper use of PPE
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Service and repair systems operating at 120V, 208V, and 480V

Qualifications

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery, equipment, and plant utilities (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems)
Read schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals; diagnose and correct machine difficulties to minimize downtime
Install, adjust, and modify equipment, including electrical, gas, water, air, and hydraulic hookups
Operate and maintain precision tools and shop equipment such as lathes, drill presses, grinders, saws, and welders
Fabricate and repair racks, bins, guards, fixtures, and small tools from sketches or verbal instructions

The Plant Controller provides strategic financial guidance and oversight to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of plant assets. This role develops and implements processes and controls to safeguard company resources while delivering financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support plant management in operational decision-making. How you will do it
Perform audits as required to ensure security of all plant assets.
Develops and monitors effectiveness of processes and procedures to establish and maintain the integrity of financial and related operating data.
Annual budgets and cost projections, monthly forecasts and firm-ups.
Prepares or supervises preparation of all periodic financial control reports such as payroll analysis, scrap accounting, etc. and coordinates the taking of physical inventories.
Analyzes reports (e.g. scrap, productivity and spending) for variance problems.
Establishes and maintains all plant level inventory accounting controls and develops special programs such as daily reporting on an exception basis to correct problem situations. Advises and assists responsible line supervision to achieve desired results.
Performs reconciliation for fixed assets and capital in progress to General Ledger for their location.
Assist in preparation/review of CAR financial justifications for plant capital projects.
Track capital project spending, timing and cost impact against project plan, forecasts and budget to understand and report variances.
Work with project manager to assure timely capitalization of equipment placed in use. Assist/perform sample CAR post audits to verify savings.
Coordinates periodic fixed asset physical inventory per company policies.
Assists corporate and divisional systems personnel in the implementation and continued reliability of plant IT systems.
Analyzes plant operating costs in detail and recommends action to increase profitability and enhance long-term return on investment.
Performs special studies and analyses at request of plant or division management. Depending on the project, this may require some travel to facilities throughout the US.
Oversees the preparation and distribution of hourly payrolls, including maintaining the required earnings and deductions records.
