What you will do
This position resides within the Master Data Management team and is primarily responsible for extending materials and bills of materials (BOMs) to plants, as well as other related SAP material master data analytical and support functions. This role primarily supports our US/CA regional business in its New Product Introduction Master Data Process but occasionally will provide data analysis and data maintenance support to our global business material master data initiatives. The Master Data Analyst is knowledgeable in the SAP Materials Management and Production Planning modules, and must know how to extend materials, BOMs, routings, and production versions to SAP plants. This role utilizes Winshuttle scripts, as well as standard and custom SAP programs to perform mass master data updates to SAP master data. Experience with Winshuttle Transaction (10.7x or 11.x) script development and technical support, along with solid Excel skills, is highly desired. The Master Data Analyst works in collaboration with Material Data Stewards to identify and provide assistance in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.How you will do it
Using knowledge of/experience with SAP master data and concepts across Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) modules, with emphasis on plant-specific material masters, BOMs, routings, and production versions.Using the SAP Business Workplace and work flow-enabled processes and coordinating with Cost Accounting following Engineering Change Order release to extend materials and BOMs to plants, create/update routings and production versions, and verify that all master data necessary for plant-level costing is complete.Conduct Material Master Data updates as needed by the business using mass update tools including Winshuttle, LSMW, and MM17/MASS.Develop and maintain mass maintenance scripts using Winshuttle (10.7x or 11.x) including script and Excel template development, file management / version control, and general technical support (utilizing Winshuttle Support, as necessary).Coordinate with domain data stewards and data quality lead to ensure master data integrity and data quality in key systems is aligned to approved data standards and business rules.Active monitoring of material data quality audit reports.Support day-to-day Material Master issues for US/CA plants in SAP and QAD.What we look for

Job Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery, equipment, and plant utilities (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems)
Read schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals; diagnose and correct machine difficulties to minimize downtime
Install, adjust, and modify equipment, including electrical, gas, water, air, and hydraulic hookups
Operate and maintain precision tools and shop equipment such as lathes, drill presses, grinders, saws, and welders
Fabricate and repair racks, bins, guards, fixtures, and small tools from sketches or verbal instructions
Perform preventive maintenance (oil, grease, inspections, adjustments) to maximize uptime
Service and operate rectifiers and test instruments
Maintain accurate work records and log parts or materials used
Support continuous improvement and safe work practices (LOTO, PPE, safety guidelines)
Provide guidance to lower-level maintenance personnel as needed

Our St. Joseph, Missouri Dry Assembly Plant (DAP) opened in 1973 and now employs more than 860 people. The facility manufactures automotive and marine batteries and is a key contributor to Clarios' global supply chain.
