Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Clerical & Billing Specialist/Assistant to join our team in North Richland Hills. In this role, you will play a vital part in our financial and administrative operations. You will oversee the billing process, track project budgets, manage accounts payable/receivable, and utilize Microsoft Office programs to keep our daily operations running smoothly. You will assist the owner as required.
Key Responsibilities
Billing Clients: Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices to clients based on project milestones and service agreements.Tracking Project Accounts: Monitor project-specific budgets, expenses, and burn rates to ensure financial targets are met.Accounts Payable & Paying Bills: Process incoming vendor bills, prepare payments (checks/transfers), and ensure all expenses are properly coded and documented.Client & Consultant Communication: Follow up on overdue accounts, reconcile billing discrepancies, and answer client/consultant billing inquiries via email or phone.General Clerical Administration: Create and format professional documents, spreadsheets, and emails to support project management and office operations.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Expertise in Microsoft Excel for tracking projects/budgets,
Microsoft Word
for correspondence, Teams and Outlook for client and consultant communications).Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills to reconcile billing errors and track financial data accurately.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize varying tasks.High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is a plus but not required.Previous experience in clerical, bookkeeping, or billing roles is preferred.

Overview
We are hiring an Architectural Drafter Expert fluent in Revit and AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
Create construction document (CD) sets in Revit and AutoCAD.Coordinate drawings with Structural, Civil and MEP engineering and other consultant files.Apply local Texas building codes and zoning laws to projects.Update drawings based on redlines and field measurements.Assist in ASI’s, Change Orders, RFI responses.Assist with document preparation, including specifications.
Requirements
Ability to always act professionally, including consultant & client contacting.Ability to projects including coordinating with Engineers and other consultants.Strong, professional proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD.Experience producing complete architectural drawing packages.Ability to work independently.Software proficiency in both Microsoft Word and Excel. High School Diploma or Equivalent; An associate’s degree in a related field is a plus but not required.Previous experience in Architectural Drafting.
