About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our Omaha, NE team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers to provide high-quality insulation solutions for residential and commercial projects. As a lead sales representative, you have the ability to work with an develop key accounts in the Omaha market.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the construction industry.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insulation products and services.Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or building materials. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. Knowledge of insulation products and construction processes is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
