POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Oversees and manages the day-to-day operations and activities of the Accounting Department Handles the month, quarter, and year-end closing process, including the reconciliation of the general ledger Controls bank overhead expenses and makes recommendations to improve the bank’s cost structure; implements and manages approved expense controlsPrepares and is responsible for the accuracy and timely completion of the company’s financial statements and regulatory reporting and filings (Call Reports, FR Y-9SP, Corporate Annual Reports to Shareholders, Proxy Statements and Notices, etc.); ensures all financial reporting processes are in compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirementsEvaluates and recommends annual insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential liabilities; manages and oversees the bank’s property casualty and liability-related insurance programsServes as a contact and interacts with board members, shareholders, investment bankers, regulators and external auditorsManages the Treasury functions of the bank, which includes the investment portfolio, liquidity management, and pledge requirement for public depositsCoordinates and prepares the tax returns for real property, personal property, intangible, etc.Determines depreciation rates to apply to capitalized items and advises management on desirable operational adjustments due to tax revisionsPrepares and presents clear, accurate, concise, and effective correspondence, communications, documents, presentations, year-to-date financials, projections, analysis, forecasts, monthly board and management reports, and other reports and information Manages cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reportsMaintains internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, program budgets, and actual expendituresMaintains an accurate chart of accounts and a system of controls over accounting transactions; ensures that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported; examines all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepanciesPrepares ALCO and Audit Committee Meeting information packages and reports for the board of directors’ and committee meetings; records and prepares ALCO and Audit Committee meeting minutesAttends ALCO and Audit Committee meetings and other bank-related meetingsManages the bank’s annual strategic budgeting process; develops, implements, and tracks the annual budget and strategic plan for the Accounting DepartmentAssists the bank’s examiners’ internal and external auditors as needed during examinations, audits, and other engagementsReviews, develops, updates, revises, implements, maintains, and enforces a documented system of effective and efficient accounting internal controls, policies, procedures, guidelines, etc.Makes presentations and presents reports to the executive and senior management, board of directors, stakeholders, and othersEnsures that accounts payables are paid accurately and promptly, and all accounts receivables are collected promptlyIncreases the efficiency and digitalization of all accounting-related processes, functions, and systemsDemonstrates and maintains sound, update-to-date, and comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of all aspects of accounting, financial and banking-related regulations, laws, industry trends, developments, financial forecasts, bank policies, procedures, guidelines, rules, processes, practices and expectations related to areas of responsibilities and banking solutions, products, and services offered by the Bank, its subsidiaries, strategic alliances, third-party service vendors and competitors. Reviews, ensures timely updates, and maintains contracts; completes the annual vendor management and business continuity reviews and updates process; ensures compliance with the Vendor Management and Business Continuity Programs Uses experience and knowledge to drive and contribute to outstanding team performanceEnsures and complies with all local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filingsRecruits, coaches, develops, motivates, and manages the Accounting Department team; reviews and updates performance metrics and job descriptionsInitiates and implements strategic plans, strategies, and solutions to maximize corporate profit Monitors and enforces compliance of policies, procedures, guidelines, expectations, and bank’s practicesInterprets and analyzes accounting and financial-related laws, rulings, and regulations; reviews regulatory requirements to determine applicability and impact on the bank’s operations Collaborates and cultivates effective relationships with all business lines for excellent results; obtains and maintains insight into needs and opportunities to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded; creates and promotes a positive and supportive work environmentExceeds all established performance and position goals, objectives, and expectationsOther Duties and Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Performs the basic transactions of a paying and receiving teller such as processing deposits and loan payments, verifies cash and endorsements of check cashing
• Opens and manages new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, etc.)
• Provides excellent care to clients regarding daily transactions, addressing inquiries, and problem resolutions, digital tools, and services in accordance with bank policies
• Supports financial sales goals (deposits, loans, fee income, and Inter Change Income), and customer retention efforts
• Assists with ATM, online banking, and mobile app troubleshooting
• Confirms identification for client and determines that all necessary documents are in proper form and within authorized limits
• Ensures compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures
• Works established schedule including Saturdays when assigned
• Promotes and advise on banking solutions
• Places holds on funds as necessary; completes change orders
• Performs specialized tasks such as preparing money orders, cashier’s checks, and redeeming savings bonds
• Accepts and process credit card payments and withdrawals and credit card cash advances payments
• Balances currency, cash and checks in cash drawer at end of shift
• Assists with the development of department procedures, policies, and processes
• Delivers exceptional customer services consistently to all business lines; maintain positive and productive working relationships with all internal and external customers

QUALIFICATIONS:
• One year of previous universal banking experience in a banking environment
• High School Diploma; or some college experience a plus

Information Security Manager – Atlanta, GA

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Develops, maintains, and oversees bank-wide IT security programs and protocols
• Develops, maintains, and oversees policies, processes, and control techniques to address all applicable information security requirements
• Oversees and manages the information and cyber security risk management. Evaluates all information systems, data processes, and communication for security risks.
• Monitors, detect, contain, mitigate, and report incidents that impair the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the bank’s data and network infrastructure
• Oversees the bank’s Vendor Management Vulnerability Program to ensure that all information systems, software, and hardware devices are properly backed-up, secured, maintained, and patched
• Provides oversight, governance, and security for the bank’s servers, switches, routers, computers, and other digital equipment and systems
• Oversees network security and cybersecurity protocols for the Bank’s networks, helping to ensure the safety and security of the organization’s IS network and electronic documents
• Hires, trains, and oversees personnel with significant information security information duties as well as assist board members, executive and senior management, and bank associates regarding their IT security responsibilities
• Conducts annual performance reviews for all associates
• Sets and tracks and departmental goals to meet the bank’s strategic plans
• Prepares informational and regulatory IS reports, spreadsheets, and graphs for executive management and the board of directors
• Manages and maintains the bank’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems
• Implements and oversees disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the availability and integrity of IT systems
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement secure systems and applications
• Manages access controls and ensure that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information and systems
• Oversees the implementation of security patches and updates to all IT systems and applications
• Develops and maintains documentation for IT security policies, procedures, and incident response plans
• Ensures the secure configuration and management of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and network devices
• Conducts regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses
• Negotiates with technology vendors, contractors to obtain the highest possible level of services for the Bank

Position Summary:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Verify loan approval conditions and ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory standards.Review loan files for completeness, including financial statements, collateral documentation, and credit approvalsCollaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and legal counsel to address outstanding items or discrepancies in loan files.Communicate directly with borrowers and third-party vendors (e.g., title companies, appraisers, environmental companies, construction monitoring companies, insurance providers, etc) to obtain necessary documents and reports and resolve pre-closing issues.Ensure all loan files adhere to federal, state, and internal compliance regulations.Conduct quality control checks on loan documentation to minimize errors and ensure accuracy before final submission for closing.Maintain accurate records in the loan management system and update the status of loan files throughout the pre-closing process.Generate pre-closing reports and provide updates to the Chief Credit Officer, Special Assets Officer, Loan Administration, Director of Sales and Business Development and Lenders as needed.Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the pre-closing process.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to commercial lending.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in commercial loan processing, pre-closing, or a related role.Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, documentation, and compliance requirements.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in loan management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve discrepancies independently.Notary Public certification is a plus.Relevant training or certification in loan processing or compliance is preferred.Citizens Trust Bank is committed to investing in our associates, cultivating a rewarding, results-driven, innovative and professional team. Position Summary:

Prepares new hire personnel file folders and announcements. Scans and saves forms, documents, reports, new hire files, candidate packages, resumes, benefits, and other related information to the human resources data system.Assists with searching for candidates for open jobs.Assists with marketing development projects and tasks.Assists with the auditing of human resources records, information, reports, forms, documents, etc.Maintains and protects the confidentiality of all bank, associates, candidates, and Human Resources-related information; informs the manager immediately of all important information, challenges, problems, concerns, and issues that he or she experiences or gains knowledge of.Creates, sorts, retains, files, and maintains personnel files, documents, records, and other Human Resources files and records; purges and stores files, documents, records, and information; retains files as well as other records, policies and procedures related to human resources department and ensures records and files are maintained in compliance with the Bank and Human Resources Department procedures, policies, guidelines, and practices, Federal, State, and local laws, government regulations, and retention requirements.Proofreads all correspondences, reports, e-mails, and other communication and documentation for appropriate content, tone, accuracy, quality, grammatical and spelling errors before it is submitted to the manager for review; assists with the proofreading process of various correspondence (memos, letters, reports, etc.) and other communications prepared by other Human Resources associates.Performs special projects and assignments; assists with the administration of various Human Resources programs and policies; and assists with scheduling and coordinating department meetings; and takes notes and prepares meetings minutes and reports.Recommends new methods, approaches, changes, suggestions, and ideas to aid the efficiency and productivity level of the department and services provided; participates in the development of department goals, objectives, strategic plans, programs, and systems.Assists with setting up HR-related events.Assists with covering front office/desk.Assists with maintaining Executive kitchenette.
