Position Overview
Citadel Security Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-service-oriented Security Officer to provide pool monitoring and access-control services for a residential HOA community in Braselton, Georgia.
The selected officer will be responsible for verifying resident eligibility, monitoring guest access, enforcing established pool and amenity rules, documenting daily activity, and reporting incidents or concerns to designated community representatives and Citadel management.
This is a highly visible, public-facing assignment. The ideal candidate will be firm, respectful, observant, reliable, and capable of enforcing community policies consistently without unnecessary confrontation.
Coverage Schedule
The requested coverage schedule is:
Monday through Thursday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Friday: No scheduled coverage
Saturday: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
The full schedule totals approximately 55 hours per week. The assignment may be staffed by one primary officer or divided among multiple qualified officers based on availability and operational needs.

Primary Responsibilities
Maintain a professional and visible security presence at the community pool.Verify resident identity and eligibility using the community’s approved access procedures.Confirm that guests are accompanied by an authorized resident.Enforce the community’s limit of two guests per household.Confirm that unaccompanied minors are at least 16 years old.Deny access to individuals who cannot provide the required credentials or authorization.Enforce written pool and amenity rules consistently and professionally.Monitor for unauthorized access, vandalism, disruptive behavior, unsafe conduct, and property damage.Enforce rules prohibiting glass containers, smoking, loud music, parties, and unauthorized private events.Conduct periodic checks of the pool area, entrance, gates, restrooms, and surrounding property as directed.De-escalate resident and guest concerns using calm, professional communication.Contact designated HOA representatives when eligibility, access, or policy questions arise.Contact Citadel management, law enforcement, fire, or emergency medical services when appropriate.Maintain accurate hourly activity reports and prepare detailed incident reports when required.Immediately report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, vandalism, or suspicious activity.Remain attentive and actively engaged throughout the assigned shift.Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Must possess or be eligible to obtain a valid Georgia security guard registration.Must have reliable personal transportation.Must be able to report to Braselton consistently and on time.Must have a working mobile telephone.Must be able to communicate clearly in person, by telephone, and in writing.Must be able to prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports.Must be comfortable enforcing access restrictions and written community rules.Must be able to remain professional when dealing with upset, argumentative, or noncompliant individuals.Must be able to stand, walk, and remain outdoors for extended periods.Must be able to work independently with limited onsite supervision.Must successfully complete Citadel Security Solutions’ screening and onboarding requirements.Preferred Qualifications
Previous residential, HOA, apartment, pool, amenity, hospitality, or access-control experience.Previous security patrol or property-monitoring experience.Experience verifying identification, credentials, leases, resident lists, badges, or access cards.Customer-service or guest-relations experience.Conflict-resolution and de-escalation training.CPR, AED, or First Aid certification.Experience preparing professional security reports.Experience communicating with property managers, HOA representatives, residents, guests, and law enforcement.Ideal Candidate

We are seeking serious candidates who understand that security work requires professionalism, discipline, reliability, and strong communication skills. These positions may include construction site security, employee parking lot security, HOA/amenity monitoring, access control, roving patrols, and other security-related assignments.
Duties May Include:
Maintaining a high-visibility security presence
Monitoring access points and verifying authorized personnel
Conducting foot or vehicle patrols
Observing and reporting suspicious activity
Documenting incidents, maintenance concerns, and safety issues
Communicating professionally with clients, residents, contractors, and management
Completing shift reports and providing timely updates

Minimum Requirements:
Must be dependable, professional, and able to report to work on time

Security experience is preferred but not always required
Preferred Qualifications:
Georgia 24-Hour Basic Security Officer Certification
Prior law enforcement, military, corrections, or security experience
Strong report writing skills
Experience with access control, construction sites, HOA communities, or patrol work
Ability to remain calm, professional, and respectful under pressure
