    Overview:

    Citadel Law is a leading estate planning law firm with offices in Irvine and Beverly Hills looking to add a full-time attorney to its estate planning team, to assist with the creation of living trusts, the processing of probate cases, and the design and implementation of advanced estate planning techniques for more sophisticated clients. The attorneys at Citadel Law work closely with clients to establish comprehensive estate plans, including living trusts, will, powers of attorney, advance health care directives and property transfer documents, to protect clients' estates from probate and estate taxes. Citadel Law also provides business entity formation services, to assist clients with the formation of Limited Liability Companies and Corporation, and with the coordination of business succession plans and buy-sell agreements, all integrated with the client's estate plan. The attorneys at Citadel Law also assist clients with advanced estate planning techniques, such as the creation of tax-exempt private foundations, charitable remainder trusts, and various types of irrevocable trusts and gifting programs. Citadel Law also has an extensive probate and trust litigation department to assist clients who require court assistance to administer a trust or and estate, or to rectify some deficiency which exists in a trust or will. Ultimately, the goal of each attorney at Citadel Law is to consult with the client, establish a clear list of priorities, and then design and implement an estate planning structure and strategy that will accomplish those objectives, while remaining consistent with the clients' values.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct client meetings to gather information for intake and Estate Planning documents.
    Draft and review Estate Planning documents, including Wills, Revocable Trusts, and Irrevocable Trusts.
    Computer literate in word processing, databases, email, and Judicial Council Forms, office software (Outlook - emails and calendaring)
    Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in estate planning and trust administration, with three specifically in advanced estate planning
    Experience/Willingness to appear in court either in-person or virtually for Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino and other Counties for appearances as needed.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
