Primary Objective of Position:
The Accounting Manager position has a critical role within CCI. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, they will collaborate on a regular basis with the Sales and Project Management teams and will work closely with the System and Accounting Analytics Manager to ensure data integrity. The role is responsible for managing core accounting processes and understanding how operational workflows impact financial data. They will work alongside the Controller to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance to internal policies and procedures, and adherence to GAAP accounting.
Major Areas of Accountability:

Position Summary

Position Summary of Inventory Receiving Clerk:
Reporting to the Sr Materials Manager, the Inventory Receiving Clerk partners with the Supply Chain team and Operations staff to ensure Circuit Check's commitment to increasing our customers shipped quality while decreasing overall test costs.

What You'll Be Doing
The Inventory Receiving Clerk is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of daily inventory activities, including: the accuracy of inventory receipt activities, inventory locations are properly recorded. They are accountable to accurate cycle counts, replenishments, and location audits, accurately recording those counts into the ERP system and seek recount verification and authorizations according to company guidelines. They assist in picking material for production shop orders. They are responsible for determining the root cause of inventory discrepancies and suggesting corrective actions to process/procedure to eliminate future occurrences. They act as the back-up to the shipping function for the fulfillment of customer orders.

Position Summary
The Test Fixture Verifier ensures compliance to CAD data, schematics and/or wire lists for complex test fixtures. This position reports to the Load and Wire Supervisor and according to the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) is classified as non-exempt.

Electrically tests and rewires fixtures; troubleshoots errors on test fixtures using error list fixing shorts and opensSolders connections and crimps connectors to wire endsCut, strip, bend and form wires used to make cables and subassembliesDiscusses concerns in diagrams or production order with supervisor or engineer to clarify loading and wiring discrepanciesPerforms quality check of own work and any related rework, involving supervisor and/or engineering as necessaryLays out diagram for resistor/diode boards according to wiring specifications Attaches relays, connectors and various other electrical components to test fixturesCompletes electrical wiring assembly on a large variety of fixture plates and interfaces associated with ICT fixtures with varying degrees of complexity from start to finish.What You Bring to the Table

The electronics engineering technician partners with the manufacturing teams and multiple engineering disciplines across the organization in all areas of mechanical and electrical/electronic design.

What You’ll Be Doing
The electronics engineering technician conducts, maintains, tests and repairs electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components. The position applies knowledge of electrical/electronics and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation. The electronics technician provides skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas of manufacturing as well as field service duties.
