    About Us:
    Churchgate Protective Services is a trusted security firm providing professional guard services throughout New York. We’re expanding and seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our client base by securing new business contracts with commercial, residential, and other industries where security services are essential.

    Position Overview:
    The Sales Representative will focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing security service contracts. This role combines office, field, and remote work — ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong networking and communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospect and identify potential new client sites across various industries (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, construction, etc.)Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and in-person visitsBuild and maintain relationships with decision-makers (property managers, business owners, directors)Prepare and present proposals for security contractsNegotiate contract terms in alignment with company standardsCollaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure successful account setup and staffingMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goalsQualifications:

    Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in security, facility management, or staffingStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-starter with a results-driven mindsetFamiliarity with the NYC metro area and local businesses is a plusValid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferredCompensation & Benefits:
