The Roofing Carpenter performs general roofing maintenance including minor repairs. This role is inclusive of lightning protection inspections and associated minor repairs. Work involves: planning and laying out of work from blueprints, drawings, models, or verbal instructions, using a variety of carpenter’s hand tools, portable power tools and standard measuring instruments, and making standard computations relating to dimensions of work; and selecting materials necessary for the work. The work requires rounded training and experience from an apprenticeship program or equivalent training and experience.

The Software Engineer III will support the Chugach Technical Program Manager and the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) team by providing expertise in Command and Control (C2) and C4ISR systems. Responsibilities
The candidate will provide hardware (HW), software (SW) and firmware (FW) Configuration Management (CM) for the Naval Information Warfare Center’s (NIWC) US Coast Guard (USCG) Integrated Product Team (IPT) in support of USCG Command and Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) Product Lines (PLs). Travel up to 10 % CONUS/OCONUS is required.

Configure Management for the Combat Systems Product Line
Responsible for managing and maintaining system configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.Manage, track and coordinate Hardware, Software versions, Software Licenses, Documentation, Maintenance for Sea Commander system and other combat management systems.Oversee the configuration of hardware and software systems, ensuring all changes are documented and tracked to maintain system integrity.Create, update, and maintain site-specific configuration records in relational database.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to configuration activities, ensuring compliance with established standards.Draft, edit, execute, and maintain HW/SW/FW CM Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Establish and maintain configuration baselines.Establish lines of communication with ISEAs, SSAs, associated systems’ PORs’ PMWs for insight and tracking on software and hardware changes/releases.USCG Engineering Documentation Sustainment Support
Work closely with functional teams to align configuration management processes with business objectives. Assist with coordinating Engineering Change process for Combat Systems Product Line. Participate, as a major stakeholder, in the efforts to implement process HW/SW/FW CM improvements.Collect and report HW/SW/FW CM-related metrics derived from planning and performing the HW/SW/FW CM process to support the future use and improvement of the process.Collect and report internal HW/SW/FW CM-related health measurements for the CBSP use.Document HW/SW/FW CM-related risks across the CSPL and submit them for Risk Review Board adjudication.Perform QA of Engineering Changes (ECs).Perform QA of the Material Lists in Engineering Drawings.Accountable For:
