    About the Role

    We are seeking a proactive and experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead our safety and environmental programs at our Richmond, Virginia manufacturing facility. This key leadership role will drive regulatory compliance, strengthen our safety culture, reduce risk, and ensure a safe and healthy workplace for employees, visitors, and contractors. The position includes approximately 10% travel.


    Key Responsibilities

    Lead and continuously improve environmental, health, and safety programs across the Richmond facility. Develop, implement, and maintain OSHA-written programs, hazardous waste contingency plans, SPCC plans, and other EHS policies and procedures. Promote management engagement and employee involvement in safety initiatives and awareness campaigns. Deliver EHS compliance training for new hires and existing employees. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, RCRA, DOT, and applicable state and federal regulations. Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and support audits, inspections, and reporting requirements. Lead incident investigations, corrective actions, and reporting activities. Manage hazardous waste disposal activities and chemical handling procedures. Support and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements. Monitor regulatory changes and implement programs to ensure ongoing compliance. Develop EHS performance metrics and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications

    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Safety certifications such as CSP, GSP, CSHM, or similar are preferred. Experience leading EHS programs within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, RCRA, DOT, and environmental compliance requirements. Process Safety Management (PSM) experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to influence positive change and build a strong culture of safety at all levels of the organization.

    CHT USA Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Supply Chain Planner to support and optimize production planning across our Cassopolis, MI and Richmond, VA locations.     Key Responsibilities

    Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules across multiple production areas, considering raw materials, staffing, and equipment availability.Maintain the daily open order report and lead the daily order status meeting.Maintain and update key performance indicator (KPI) reports as assigned.Coordinate closely with production supervisors to ensure manufacturing goals are met safely, efficiently, and cost‑effectively.Maintain minimum finished‑goods stock levels in alignment with the sales team.Collaborate with customer service, QC, and production to achieve a high level of customer service.Create and manage work orders in the ERP system.Perform other duties as assigned in support of supply chain excellence.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced and innovative Application Specialist – Care Ingredients to support technical and application development activities across the Care Ingredients market, including Car Care, Home Care, and Personal Care applications. Based in Cassopolis, Michigan, this customer-facing role combines laboratory development, technical consulting, market engagement, and global collaboration to drive product success and customer satisfaction. The position includes approximately 20-40% travel, including occasional international travel to Europe and South America for customer support, training, and development meetings.

    Key Responsibilities
