In addition to robust primary care offerings, they also operate specialty service lines in cardiology, pediatrics, dermatology, endocrinology, podiatry, behavioral health, and much more. Their staff of more than 400 physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants are supported by dedicated team members, with resources such as on-site laboratory and radiology services. They are currently hiring due to growth.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION:
    This position is open to both internal medicine and family practice providers. The physician provides a full scope of primary care services to patients. This includes, but is not limited to, diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and health maintenance.

    Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

    - review patient histories
    - perform physical examinations
    - evaluate, diagnose, and provide appropriate treatment and patient care
    - refer patients to specialists as needed
    - review test results and recommend suitable management
    - prescribe medications
    - formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans
    - communicate with the clinical team to ensure total delivery of quality care

    Primary care physicians see an average of 25 to 27 patients per day. All visits are prepped and supported by dedicated clinical assistants.

    The practice uses the Epic EHR.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    - New York medical license
    - DEA
    - Board Certification / Eligibility, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
    - 1+ year practice experience required

    The new physician will diagnose and treat a full scope of ob/gyn conditions with a focus on improving patient outcomes.

    Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

    - treat women during prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods
    - treat diseases of female organs
    - perform cesarean sections and other surgical procedures as needed
    - review patient histories
    - perform physical examinations
    - conduct/order diagnostic tests to determine diagnoses

    Procedures and surgeries may include, but are not limited to:

    - laparoscopic surgeries
    - open procedures
    - biopsies
    - cystoscopies
    - colposcopies
    - insertion and removal of subdermal contraception
    - IUD placement
    - intrauterine pressure catheter placement

    A variable number of patients per day are seen, based upon setting, physician preference, and patient needs.

    All visits and surgeries are prepped and supported by dedicated clinical and/or surgical assistants.

    The practice uses the Epic EHR.

    There will be participation in an on-call rotation - the practice will provide details during initial interviews and there is some flexibility to the schedule.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION:
    This is an excellent opportunity for an ophthalmologist with subspecialty training in surgical retina to provide high-quality services in a well-supported group practice environment with a built-in referral base.

    Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

    - evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for vitro-retinal conditions
    - treat retinal diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, etc.
    - perform retinal examinations
    - review patient histories
    - order / interpret tests (OCT, photos, fluorescein angiograms, etc.)
    - prescribe medications
    - formulate ongoing treatment and management plans
    - collaborate with PCPs, optometrists, and ophthalmologists
    - communicate with the clinical team to ensure total delivery of quality care

    The new ophthalmologist will perform both office-based procedures and outpatient surgical procedures, including:

    - intravitreal injections
    - focal and pan-retinal photocoagulation
    - laser of retinal tears
    - pars plana vitrectomy
    - scleral buckling
    - epiretinal membrane peeling
    - macular hole repair

    A variable number of patients per day are seen, based upon setting, physician preference, and patient needs.

    All visits are prepped and supported by dedicated clinical assistants.

    The practice uses the Epic EHR.

    REQUIREMENTS:
