Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. This is an Elite Position only the best need apply. Pay plan is aggressive and generous, you should make 6 digits plus. You will be taking over a very talented Tech Team who can produce at plus 200% levels.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while facilitating their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. Your expertise in customer service will ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs.Provide detailed explanations of services offered, including tire service, vehicle maintenance, and auto body repair.Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.Accurately transmit service orders to technicians and follow up on progress.Maintain clear communication with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and costs.Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.Must achieve above National Average CSI Scores consistently.Ensure a clean and organized service area, promoting a professional environment for both customers and staff.Experience
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role is required.Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.Familiarity with upselling techniques and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of services offered.Experience working with service technicians to ensure seamless workflow from customer inquiry to service completion.Reynolds and/or Autoloop experience a big plus!Join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor where your skills will make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and business success!
