Christian Fellowship School is seeking qualified applicants for the following positions for the upcoming fall soccer season:
Head Varsity Boys Soccer Coach
Assistant/JV Boys Soccer Coach
Middle School Soccer Coach
Depending on enrollment and team participation numbers, the additional coaching position may serve as either a Junior Varsity Head Coach or a Varsity Assistant Coach.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong Christian testimony, a passion for mentoring students, and experience in competitive soccer coaching and/or playing. Coaches are expected to foster athletic development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and spiritual growth among student-athletes in a Christ-centered environment.
Qualifications and Experience
A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to Christian discipleship.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
The ability to establish priorities and manage responsibilities effectively
Experience coaching and/or playing soccer at a competitive level
An associate degree or higher
Experience working with middle school and high school students preferred
Ability to organize practices, develop game strategies, and manage team operations
Professionalism, dependability, and personal maturity
The ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, faculty, and administration
Spiritual and Professional Expectations
Support and uphold the school's Statement of Faith and Christian philosophy of education
Demonstrate Christian character in attitude, speech, conduct, integrity, and relationships
Partner with parents in supporting the spiritual and educational development of students
Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal interactions
Position Details
This is a part-time, seasonal position running from August through October. Coaches should be available for:
After-school practices
Evening competitions and events
Occasional Saturday games

Head Varsity Boys Soccer Coach - $3,420
Assistant/JV Boys Soccer Coach - $1,710
Middle School Soccer Coach - $2,280
