    As an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the trusted professional our guests rely on for assistance with their vehicles. Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, as you are the face they see every time they invest in their vehicle.

    Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Being dependable and reliable for a position that is scheduled for Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pmBeing on your feet the majority of the workday (standing, walking, coordinating parts, etc.)Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment

    Job Overview:

    As a Shuttle Driver for Christian Brothers Automotive, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to and from our shop for our guests. You will drive our branded vehicle and are expected to adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service by greeting our guests, assisting with getting in and out of the shuttle, and ensuring the shuttle is clean and comfortable.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesProviding a safe shuttle service for our valued guestsTreating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian BrothersProviding a safe, nice difference® service for our valued guests in our branded company shuttle vehicleKeeps a timely shuttle routeAssists passengers in getting in and out of vehiclesAssists the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts, and other errands as neededNotifies the service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenanceKeeps the shuttle tidy and organizedFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedQualifications

    As an Automotive Service Advisor / Estimator / Customer Service Representative with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the trusted professional our guests rely on for assistance with their vehicles. Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, as you are the face they see every time they invest in their vehicle.

    Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.

    Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Build/Edit Digital Vehicle Inspections and EstimatesThoroughly Source Parts and Building EstimatesAccurately Update Job Board Promise Times & Job Status CategoriesCommunicate with Techs Regarding Inspections and Proposed RepairsCommunicate with Vendors Regarding PartsFront-end Parts Reconciliation (receiving and returning)Prepare Phone EstimatesShuttle customers as needed in CBA branded vehicleGreet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect

    Secondary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrityMaintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all timesCommunicate on the phone in a clear professional mannerBuild long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customerDirects, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activitiesEnsure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed.Stay out of their personal phone and stay focus on the job at hand.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    3+ years of Experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales roleUpbeat and positive personalityAbility to handle stress and stressful situationsCurrent driver’s licensesDriving record acceptable to our current insurance carrierProficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications

    Physical Requirements:

    Being dependable and reliable for a position that is scheduled for Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pmBeing on your feet the majority of the workday (standing, walking, coordinating parts, etc.)Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
