We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customers pools, including cleaning tile, pool floors, pump baskets, filters, and more. You will also be checking the water pH and chemical levels and making adjustments as needed, documenting any pool issues, and communicating all issues and changes to both management and customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year.
Responsibilities
Vacuum pool floors, steps, walls, tiles, pump baskets, and moreTest pool water and balance the water chemistry based on those resultsTroubleshoot minor problems to keep the pool system runningDocument pool issues and repair needs, and communicate the status of the equipment to both management and customersQualifications
Strong customer service skillsExperience working with pools desiredAbility to work outside, mostly in the sun
