    Are you a results‑driven CPG sales professional who thrives in the retail grocery space? Do you enjoy building strong buyer relationships, negotiating win‑win promotions, and seeing your products succeed on the shelf? 

    We’re looking for a Customer Business Manager, to help grow our premium olive oil and food product portfolio across the U.S. retailers , such as Kroger, H-E-B, Fiesta Mart, Brookshire Brothers, Academy, etc. This in-office role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and wants to make a visible impact on a growing brand.

    Drive Growth & Build Relationships 

    Own the numbers: Hit monthly KPIs while developing strategic sales plans that fuel revenue growth Be the connector: Build and nurture relationships with grocery buyers, distributors, and brokers nationwide through scheduled phone calls, online meetings and email outreach Expand our footprint: Increase distribution in grocery and natural retail channels through smart business development Negotiate like a pro: Structure pricing agreements and promotional contracts that maximize profitability Optimize performance: Analyze promotional programs to ensure every marketing dollar counts Command the shelf: Secure additional facings and SKUs through persistent phone and email follow-ups to boost visibility and sales Strategic Account Management 

    Identify key buyers for both branded and Private Label products Create annual business plans with realistic, ambitious sales targets Build comprehensive promotional planners for each account Monitor market conditions and provide actionable insights to leadership Manage broker relationships and collaborative partnerships Travel to food shows and customer meetings as needed Stay Sharp with Analytics 

    Track and report on pricing, demand, and competitive landscape Prepare compelling sales reports for senior management Approve promotional invoices and manage deductions efficiently Maintain up-to-date CRM systems and reporting spreadsheets  What Makes You Perfect for This Role 

    Education & Experience: 

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field 3-5 years of proven CPG wholesale sales success Your Superpowers:
