POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates internal and external shipping arrangements for Baxter International orders while complying with internal procedures, U.S. and foreign government regulations, and ensures timely shipments. Responsibilities include preparing customs documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders and carriers, and ensuring strict compliance with global trade regulations. This role requires managing the end-to-end supply chain while optimizing costs and troubleshooting transit delays.
Picking, packing, shipping of international customer orders.
Cross-Border Documentation: Prepare and verify commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and customs declarations to avoid border delays and unexpected duties.
Carrier Coordination: Book and track international shipments via air, sea, or land freight. Communicate directly with freight forwarders to ensure on-time deliveries.

Identify and resolve issues with carriers.

The role requires reading blueprints, schematics, and BOMs; installing LEDs, push buttons, switches, handles, and fasteners; routing, dressing, stripping, and crimping wires; performing functional and workmanship inspections; and documenting results in work orders within our MRP system.
Mechanical Assembly – Perform mechanical joining (threaded fasteners, rivets, adhesives, torque-controlled tightening) of chassis, optical modules, cooling fans, and structural frames.

Support the production of all products by organizing and facilitating the flow of packaged materials into, within and out of the plant.
