Your Role as a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)As a Pediatric PT at CTN, you will provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy in fully equipped sensory and gross-motor clinics. You will collaborate closely with caregivers and an interdisciplinary therapy team to support children in achieving meaningful functional goals, including:
Navigating stairs
Improving playground mobility
Increasing strength, stability, and endurance
Gaining independence in daily routines
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized care plans
Deliver evidence-based pediatric PT interventions
Provide caregiver education and home program strategies
Complete documentation accurately and on time
Participate in team collaboration, meetings, and clinical planning
What Success Looks Like95% or higher family satisfaction
80% or more therapy goals met at re-evaluation
100% of billable hours completed per agreed caseload
90% or higher client arrival rate
All daily documentation completed within 24 hours

Qualifications for Pediatric PT Jobs RequiredLicensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California
Pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome with strong pediatric interest)
