Contract Psychologist / Neuropsychologist Pediatric Evaluations
Childrens Neuropsychological Services PLLC is seeking a licensed psychologist to provide child and adolescent psychological and neuropsychological evaluations on a contractor basis.
Position Overview
This role involves conducting psychological, neuropsychological, and reading evaluations for pediatric patients. Autism evaluations may also be included, depending on the clinicians experience and interests. Evaluations are provided through CDPHP.
Qualifications
New York State licensed psychologist requiredProvisionally licensed psychologists will be considered if they are largely independentTwo years of experience evaluating children and adolescents for neurodevelopmental and neurological conditionsExperience with autism evaluations is welcomeCDPHP credentialing for neuropsychological testing preferred (in progress may be considered)Patient Population
Ages approximately 5 years through college ageOpen to clinicians who prefer a more limited age rangeSchedule and Volume
Minimum of approximately four evaluations per monthOpportunity for higher volume depending on availability and interestFlexible schedulingLocation
Evaluations may be conducted at our office or at the clinicians own office, provided appropriate space and testing materials are availableSupport
Psychometrician support is available if desired, with costs incorporated into the negotiated contractor rateAdministrative and billing support providedLimited supervision available as neededCompensation
Compensation: Part time 1099 independent contractor position. Clinicians receive 60% of collected fees. Administrative support, scheduling, and billing are provided.
