For more than 50 years, Children's Mentoring Connection (CMC) has connected caring mentors with children throughout Hancock County, creating relationships that build confidence, inspire hope, and strengthen our community.
We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Youth Mentoring Case Manager.

What You'll Do
As a Youth Mentoring Case Manager, you'll:
Recruit, interview, and support volunteer mentors.Interview children and families seeking mentoring services.Develop and monitor Community-Based and School-Based mentoring matches.Partner with local schools and community organizations.Provide ongoing coaching and support to mentors, youth, and families.Maintain timely and accurate electronic case documentation.Coordinate mentoring activities and special events.Help ensure every mentoring relationship is safe, meaningful, and successful.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in:
Social WorkHuman ServicesPsychologyEducationChild DevelopmentOr a related field
Experience working with children, families, schools, volunteers, or nonprofit organizations is preferred.
