What You’ll DoAs our Marketing & Content Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives that directly contribute to our store’s growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Marketing Planning & ExecutionDevelop and implement weekly and monthly marketing plans.Support promotions, product launches, giveaways, and in-store events.Assist with outreach campaigns targeting schools, businesses, and local organizations.Help introduce and promote new menu items.Content Creation & Social MediaCreate engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, store operations, and events.Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant ideas into our brand strategy.Update and manage online listings (Google, DoorDash, website, etc.).Community Outreach & PartnershipsCoordinate with local influencers and content creators.Conduct outreach to schools, offices, and community groups for catering opportunities.Assist with event setup and coordination.Maintain organized follow-up communication with partners.Digital Marketing & Brand ManagementAssist with paid social media promotions.Design basic flyers, coupons, and in-store materials.Support loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.Respond professionally to customer reviews on Google and Yelp.Track marketing expenses and assist with budget organization.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who is dependable, creative, and ready to take ownership of their role. The ideal candidate will have: - Preferably at least 1 year of marketing experience. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. - Experience with photography and short-form video creation (preferred). - Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing tools. - Reliable transportation (travel between local store locations required). - A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and follow through on responsibilities. - Previous restaurant or marketing experience (a plus, but not required).
Must be at least 18 years old.
