Chicagoland Infectious Disease is seeking a dedicated and experienced Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, in-person care across multiple skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and care teams while driving quality outcomes.
