The Weekend Operations Manager owns the end-to-end weekend operational model - from shift structure and staffing to incident management, hand-off coordination, and team development. With initial focus centered on 24x7 Data Vantage platform support (including Cboe Global Indices), this individual will be expected to progressively build the weekend team's capabilities to encompass an expanding set of responsibilities, including trading platform support and operational oversight of Cboe's Titanium markets, as Cboe continues to scale its 24x7 service offerings. Responsibilities include equity listing process management; servicing cancel order requests; conducting and providing rulings for clearly erroneous and obvious error trade reviews; supporting voluntary price adjustments; servicing clearing support requests; overseeing real-time order routing changes; conducting futures settlement price verifications; and monitoring auctions and rotations. Lead the team in developing the depth of expertise required to perform these functions independently across the weekend window. System Monitoring & Platform Health - Cboe Global Indices & Data Vantage: Oversee operational monitoring of the Cboe Global Indices platform and the broader Data Vantage suite on a 24x7 basis during the weekend shift. Ensure health checks, audit log reviews, database health monitoring, and batch pipeline oversight are performed consistently by the team. Establish and enforce standards for issue identification, escalation, and resolution across both the Chicago and Singapore teams. US-Singapore Hand-Off Coordination: Define, implement, and continuously refine structured hand-off processes between the Chicago and Singapore weekend teams. Ensure that shift transitions - including operational status, open incidents, and outstanding items - are documented and communicated clearly and completely, maintaining continuity of awareness and action across the US-to-APAC and APAC-to-US transition windows. Customer Support: Provide and oversee customer and sales support related to platform behavior, data delivery, and feature/functions during the weekend coverage window. Ensure timely and professional outbound communications servicing email support queues and customer phone support to a "Deliver Plus One" standard. Market Data & Analytics Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with market data and analytics platforms - including 24x7 index calculation and dissemination, volatility analytics, and data delivery infrastructure - is a strong plus. The Cboe Global Indices platform represents the current core of the weekend team's operational focus, and Data Vantage product knowledge (e.g., Hanweck, LiveVol, Silexx) is directly relevant to the role. Cross-Regional Team Leadership: Experience managing or coordinating operational teams across multiple time zones or geographies is highly valued. This role requires effective communication and alignment between the Chicago and Singapore weekend teams, and the ability to build a cohesive, high-performing team across locations is essential. Work Schedule This position operates on a four-day work week aligned to the global weekend coverage window, with two schedule variants available depending on the needs of the team and the schedule of the Chicago-based counterpart: * Schedule A consists of 8 hours on Thursday, 8 hours on Friday, 12 hours on Saturday, and 12 hours on Sunday * Schedule B consists of 12 hours on Saturday, 12 hours on Sunday, 8 hours on Monday, and 8 hours on Tuesday. The two schedule variants are designed to offset against one another, ensuring that the Weekend Operations Manager and their Chicago-based counterpart maintain overlapping coverage across the full weekend window while avoiding schedule duplication. Saturday and Sunday are anchor days for both schedules, with the 8-hour bookend days staggered across the Thu/Fri or Mon/Tue window accordingly to provide additional coverage as well as to provide greater opportunity for collaboration and cross-training with the weekday support teams.
