Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to effectively communicate with customers and/or coworkers on work-related matters. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively. Retail and/or Hospitality management preferred. Valid Driver's license, good driving record and in-force liability insurance. Role models Chevron Way values and We Lead behaviors on an ongoing basis. Physical Demands Occasional bending, twisting and lifting of equipment and materials of at least 20 lbs. Periodic intrastate travel required, by car and/or air travel. Must be able to stand for long periods of time to conduct on-the-job training. Operates telephone, computer keyboard and other office equipment. Operates a motor vehicle in a safe manner. Travel Occasional work and travel outside of normal working hours and assigned geography. Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California locations.
