This position is essential to the overall function of the department, with responsibilities that include planning, organizing, and maintaining the general accounting operations in accordance with institutional policies and applicable regulations. As a supervisory role, this position provides both strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to the accounting team, ensuring that all financial processes are executed efficiently and effectively. Key duties include overseeing the preparation of financial statements, managing month-end and year-end close processes, conducting account reconciliations, and performing ongoing fiscal monitoring to ensure the College s financial health. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Additionally, this position serves as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
