    Join our team as a Certified Medication Tech(CMTs). Our CMTs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.  

    We are currently offering up to a $500 sign on bonus for CMT positions scheduled for 24+ hours per week.

    How you will make an impact

    Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needsAssisting residents in activities of daily livingImplementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belongingProviding assistance with resident activities and programsWorking with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matterAdministration of medication to residents

    What you will need 

    Must be at least 18 years of ageCurrent, active CNA I certification for the state f MarylandCurrent, active certification for Certified Medication TechnicianMinimum of 1 year of CNA I experience requiredMinimum of 1 year of Medication Technician experience highly preferred Current CPR certification required.
