Charity Home/Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Home Health & Hospice team. This is an hourly position, available as Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum 20 hours per week), offering flexibility and meaningful patient care.
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in home and hospice settings.Administer medications, perform wound care, and document care accurately.Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements:
