Role Description As Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will lead how ChargePoint brings its hardware and software products to market across commercial, fleet, and residential segments. You will own product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and launch execution, ensuring measurable impact on revenue, pipeline growth, and win rates. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will both define strategy and directly contribute to key deliverables. You will partner closely with Product and Sales leadership to align market needs with product direction, equip the sales organization to compete effectively, and build a high-performing product marketing function that strengthens ChargePoint’s market presence. Qualifications Deep familiarity with EV charging, cleantech, or adjacent energy markets, including buyers, sales cycles, and competitors Proven experience building and leading product marketing functions Demonstrated ability to develop product positioning and messaging Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Engineering Experience driving measurable business outcomes such as pipeline growth, adoption, and win rates Requirements Experience leading go-to-market strategies and product launches across multiple segments Background in competitive intelligence development and sales enablement Experience managing and developing product marketing teams Ability to present to analysts, press, and customers as a credible industry voice Proficiency using AI tools for research, content creation, and analysis Benefits Targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $203,800 to $300,000 Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications, and specific work location
