We're seeking motivated Field Service Technicians to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain state-of-the-art CNC machine tools. You'll be the go-to expert ensuring our clients' production lines run smoothly and efficiently - making a real difference in manufacturing every single day.
Location & Travel: Based in the greater Houston, San Antonio, or Austin, TX area (relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate). Expect rewarding travel throughout South Texas—no two days are the same!
What You'll Do:
Travel to customer sites to install, set up, troubleshoot, and repair CNC equipment with precision and efficiencyDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues using your expertise and cutting-edge diagnostic toolsRead and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings like a proPerform preventive maintenance and upgrades to maximize machine performance and uptimeProvide exceptional customer service, clear communication, and detailed electronic service reportsCollaborate with factory teams and stay current through our world-class training programsWhat We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training or associate degree a big plus)At least 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial equipment repair, maintenance, or field service—ideally with CNC machines, automation, or similar precision equipmentStrong mix of mechanical aptitude, electrical knowledge, and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with CNC operation, setup, and machine design principlesProficiency reading measurement tools, electrical/mechanical schematics, and technical documentationComfortable with Windows-based computers, Microsoft Office, and digital reporting toolsExcellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills—you're great at building trust with customersValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a drug screening and background checkWhy You'll Love Working Here:
