    About this opportunity

    As Champions Group continues to grow through acquisitions and organic expansion across the U.S., General Manager roles are consistently among the first and most critical positions to fill.     The role — what you'll own

    Full P&L responsibility for a multi-trade service operation (HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical)Hiring, developing, and retaining field technicians, dispatchers, and office staffSetting and executing revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction targetsPartnering with executive leadership on strategic growth initiativesBuilding a culture of high performance, accountability, safety, and exceptional customer experienceManaging vendor relationships, fleet, equipment, and operational infrastructure

    What we're looking for

    5+ years of progressive leadership experience within HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or a multi-trade environmentDemonstrated track record of growing a service business — revenue, team size, or market footprintHands-on familiarity with the trades: you've supervised technicians, managed dispatch, and understand the fieldStrong financial acumen — you know your numbers and can drive profitability with intentionExcellent communication and people skills; you lead by example and inspire loyaltyOpen to relocation anywhere in the U.S. (full relocation package provided upon hire)Experience with ServiceTitan, or comparable field service software is a plus
