  Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:Chalo LLC is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our growing team in Bellevue, WA! In this role, you'll be the face of our company — building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences every day. If you're a people-person with a passion for helping others and closing deals, we want to hear from you!
  
  Responsibilities:Engage with customers in-person, by phone, or digitally to understand their needs and recommend solutionsDrive sales by identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and converting prospects into loyal customersDeliver outstanding customer service by resolving inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely mannerMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-upsMeet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metricsCollaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer journeyStay up to date on products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customersRequirements:Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing role preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanorGoal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with basic computer systems, CRM tools, or point-of-sale software is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a bonusReliable, punctual, and a true team player with a positive attitudeAbout Us:Chalo LLC is a dynamic and customer-focused company based in Bellevue, WA, committed to delivering quality products and services that make a real difference in people's lives.   Maximize sales and customer satisfaction

   

  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Exceptional sales and customer serviceProactively ensure full merchandising and attractive displayTake charge of the store and backroomSecure the company’s assets, comply with Mall and company regulationsBe the Brand Ambassador for Chalo at the MallRegularly communicate with the retail management and support team

  REQUIREMENTS

  12+ months prior sales experience in a retail environmentReferencesExperience with Square retail systems preferredFluency in written and spoken English a mustHigh school diploma level education preferredAble to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends (on rotation)

   

  Training will be provided.
