    Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 29 Branches Nationwide. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Chadwell Supply Inventory Coordinator.

    What you will needYou must be 21 years or older.You must be in good physical condition and capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds, standing for extended periods of time, able to climb steps and ladders, capable of bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps, stairs, and down ramps and walkway.You must have previous experience operating warehouse equipment including sit down forklifts, standing forklifts, Reach trucks, and standing order selectors.

    How you will make an impact

    Performs a daily inspection of all warehouse product aisles and areas, and provide written notification of any unsafe conditions to Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.Performs and completes daily cycle counting, process customer returns and vendor returns and all other duties as assigned by management or Lead Inventory Control Coordinator .Performs and submits, as directed, all daily cycle count paperwork and relays specific count or product issues to Lead Inventory Control Coordinator via cycle count documents.Inventory Control personnel will generously assist in loading and unloading goods onto or off of delivery vehicles as required and according to Chadwell Supply operating procedures.Records, processes, and re-stocks all customer returned products returned by Chadwell delivery drivers.Maintains a clean and safe warehouse and dock area and attend weekly safety meetings with other personnel.

    Overview

    The Chadwell Supply Assistant Branch Manager assists with the daily functions in all processes and tasks. Daily work schedules may vary according to business transactions, branch hours and customer needs. The Assistant Branch Manager typically knows all Chadwell Supply branch routes associated with their distribution branch and can fill in for any delivery route driver. This position may be required to assist or lead the receiving process and daily receiving for the distribution branch. This position assists with and manages the outbound shipping of customer orders outside the normal delivery area of the branch. This position assists with the inventory control process for the branch including cycle counts, product stocking locations, product restocking, receiving, customer product returns, and inventory variances. This position is typically responsible for most or all of the customer order process, fulfillment, and computer processing of orders. The Assistant Branch Manager may be required to manage the distribution branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager and must be knowledgeable and capable of performing those duties.

    What you will need

    Be a minimum of 25 years of age.Pass all pre-employment, background check, and drug testing.Have a clean driving record (MVR) with less than 3 total points and no points less than one year old. Zero points on employees’ MVR is preferred and considered above applicants with MVR’s that reflect points.Be in good physical condition and capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds, standing for extended periods of time, able to climb steps and ladders, and capable of bending, stopping, and carrying products up steps, stairs, and down ramps and walkways.Pass DOT physical and obtain a DOT Medical Examination Card if required by law.Have previous employee supervision experience and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a warehouse working environment.Be fluent in reading, writing, understanding and communicating in English.Basic literacy skills and excellent computer skills are required for this position.High School Diploma or GED required.This position requires an ability to learn and adapt to changes in work processes.

    Chadwell Supply is a successful family owned maintenance supply company with 29 Branches Nationwide. The Warehouse Construction Admin provides direct assistance to the Warehouse Director in a variety of administrative tasks regarding ongoing and upcoming projects. This position will also be responsible for maintaining multiple department reports to ensure the MRO Operations department is functioning at optimal performance levels.

    The Warehouse Administrative Assistant

    Set up and apply for required licenses and permits.Provide required documents to obtain permits for warehouse construction. Pay fees for licenses, permits, and other requirements as needed. Set up and cancel gas and power in warehouse locations as needed. Work with vendors to purchase materials and products as needed for a new branch. Partner with New Warehouse Director to develop project schedule for ongoing projects. Manage and oversee project plans for ongoing and upcoming projects. Organize and attend meeting with landlords to obtain information regarding progress with ongoing progress. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates regarding ongoing warehouse construction. Track and report locations and quantities on all electrical material handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, reach truck, electric pallet jacks etc. Track and monitor pending orders in Excel and include estimated ship dates, inventory, delays, and contact/vendor information. Assist with leasing handling materials. Update calendar and schedule meetings for department as requested.Analyze data based on information from IT, Stock IQ, Great Plains data, Sales Pad, and other software to create reports for manager. Monitor a variety of reports to ensure optimal department performance.Able to answer calls with a clear and friendly tone.Become proficient with Chadwell Supply’s technological systems as required for job duties. Be able to meet stringent timelines while maintaining proper procedures.     Overview

    The Branch Delivery Logistics Manager oversees the transporting of products, goods and materials from and between a distribution facility, customers, and vendors. Daily work schedule may vary according to business transactions and customer needs including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Required to be proficient with all Chadwell Supply delivery routes associated with the distribution branch to which they are assigned.     Overview
    Assist customers and sales staff with technical HVAC issues and process HVAC product warranties. Knowledgeable in the workings of HVAC unit functions, is familiar with different manufacturers in the industry and their models. Able to troubleshoot and source parts needed for customers. In addition, the Specialist will source, price and process special order quotes, orders, and returns. The HVAC Specialist will work closely with warehouse personnel, account managers and all branch managers to expedite warranties, orders, returns and any logistic issues.

    Overview
    Assist customers and sales staff with technical HVAC issues and process HVAC product warranties. Knowledgeable in the workings of HVAC unit functions, is familiar with different manufacturers in the industry and their models. Able to troubleshoot and source parts needed for customers. In addition, the Specialist will source, price and process special order quotes, orders, and returns. The HVAC Specialist will work closely with warehouse personnel, account managers and all branch managers to expedite warranties, orders, returns and any logistic issues.

    What you will need

    Be a minimum of 18 years of age.  Be self-motivated and able to communicate with applicants, vendors, managers and coworkers.Have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a building trade such as carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, electrical; or a combination of training, education, and experience.Knowledge of materials, tools, methods, and equipment used in a building trade such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and electrical work.Knowledge of maintenance practices for typical commercial properties.

    How you will make an Impact

    Able to answer the phone with a clear friendly tone. Assist customers and sales staff with HVAC needs and requests.Process HVAC Warranties and ship replacement product. Prepare and later distribute the reports of vendor activities, such as lead times on delivery of product, in order to effectively utilize the more consistent vendors.Able to process quotes and deliver to customer within 24-48-hour time frame.Acknowledge and process all emails in an effective workflow.Participate in Lunch and Learns and all other product knowledge opportunities.Actively track returns to resolution as well as track orders to fulfillment.Remain logged into the queues during business hours.

    What will set you apart
