    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a competent Dental Office Receptionist to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the Dental Office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
    Responsibilities:Assist clients with paperwork, including consent formsMaintain a clean and inviting environmentProvide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their servicesOrganize office and assist Dentist and Dental Staff in ways that optimize proceduresSort and distribute communications in a timely mannerCreate and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of informationMonitor level of supplies and handle shortagesResolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issuesCoordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policiesMaintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleaguesPerform receptionist duties when neededAnswer phone calls and schedule appointments
    Qualifications:Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferredExcellent communication skills with a commitment to customer serviceStrong work ethic and positive attitudeExcellent multi-tasking skillsProven experience as a Dental Office Assistant/Receptionist, or in another relevant administrative roleKnowledge of computer systems (Dental software Dentrix)Working knowledge of Dental Office equipmentThorough understanding of office management proceduresExcellent organizational and time management skillsAnalytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solvingExcellent written and verbal communication skills (both face to face and by phone) Read Less
