About the Role As we continue to grow and diversify, we’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Planner/Scheduler to join our team in Waukesha, WI . In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing the master production schedule in line with manufacturing capacity and sales forecast to satisfy customer demand while effectively managing inventory levels. This role functions as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing and Shipping/Receiving and is responsible for the forecast entry, and production scheduling. What You'll Need to Succeed: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or a related technical field. 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferably with active interface to Materials Management, Production Control, Capacity Planning and Scheduling related functions Prior master scheduling experience and working knowledge of supply chain process and procedures including planning, demand management and replenishment. Experience working with MRP/ERP systems, especially advanced planning systems (Epicor experience preferred). Why CFR?
