    Position Scope/Contribution:

    This tax leadership role works across the tax function to lead and direct the Company's international tax and global transfer pricing. The role is designed to work closely with the Vice President - Tax to lead the team into the future by continuously improving processes and procedures to gain efficiencies, improve accuracy and maximize team members' development and contributions.

    The Director - Tax will be responsible for all aspects of U.S. international taxation, Canadian taxation, U.K. taxation, and global transfer pricing. The role will work closely with outside counsel to manage ongoing transfer pricing matters in bilateral procedures between the U.S. and Canada. The Director will lead the international tax and transfer pricing teams.

    Job Description:

    Major Responsibilities: Responsible for determination and reporting for all aspects of U.S. international tax including compliance, controversy, and the financial statement reporting and disclosures including maintenance of related SOX procedures.Responsible for review of internally-prepared Canadian tax returns including federal and provincial income tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), as well as internally-prepared U.S. GAAP financial statement reporting for Canadian operationsResponsible for review of UK tax returns as prepared by external advisor and U.S. GAAP financial statement reporting for U.K. operations as prepared by a local U.K. finance team.Responsible for transfer pricing contemporaneous documentation and compliance.Responsible for review of periodic transfer pricing calculations.Responsible for the development of and updates to written transfer pricing policies and intercompany agreements, including those in support of the Company's developing Clean Energy and Decarbonization initiatives.Manages U.S. and international tax controversy and bilateral procedures.Supports customs valuation and inquiries on cross border transactions with Canada.Serves as a primary interface with the Company's Corporate Controllership function with respect to international tax and transfer pricing related matters.Works closely with the Company's external auditors with respect to the Company's quarterly and annual tax provision processes specifically related to international tax and transfer pricing.Works with the Controllers and Corporate Planning Groups to ensure that Forecasts, Budgets, and Long-Range Plans accurately reflect the Company's current international tax and transfer pricing positions.Identifies tax planning opportunities.Provides support for federal (U.S. international) and foreign income tax audits and examinations.Provides support for global mobility tax questions.

    Position Scope/Contribution

    Job Summary:

    The Mgr, Engineering and Tech Services is responsible for leading and coordinating all engineering and tech services maintenance activities across the Distribution Facilities network to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment within budgetary constraints. This role requires strong leadership and remote team-building capabilities, with a focus on fostering a high-performance engineering and maintenance culture. The successful candidate will collaborate with peers across CF Industries to share best practices and drive continuous improvement, contributing to the execution of a world-class engineering and maintenance program.

    This role is a member of the leadership team and reports directly to the General Manager. Responsible for the Engineering and Technical Services (E&TS) functions, this position will define and execute the strategy for success of the noted functions as applicable to the organization. The position will ensure that the reporting teams are effectively accountable for their areas of specialization - Project Engineering, Instrumentation & Electrical Maintenance, and Mechanical Maintenance - including compliance of those functions. Role will also act as a partner to leadership and operations management in supporting any technical needs that contribute to successful DF operations. Preparing an ongoing strategy for E&TS will be a recurring objective for this position. The role also collaborates with fellow Engineering managers across the company for sharing of Standards and Best Practices.

    Job Description:

    The Reliability Supervisor is responsible for Quality Assurance / Quality Control in an assigned area of the CF Donaldsonville Nitrogen Complex. The Reliability Supervisor works closely with Maintenance, Operations and Engineering Departments to ensure daily QA/QC Inspections, material tracking/receiving, fabrication/testing activities and final turnover documentation meet plant requirements. This work includes, but may not be limited to, working with pressure vessels, stationary components of rotating equipment, heat exchangers, piping, storage tanks, valves, pressure relieving devices, boilers, mechanical instrumentation components, etc. The successful candidate will require familiarity with applicable codes and their respective inspection requirements as they relate to fixed equipment.

    Job Responsibilities: Work collaboratively within the Plant Engineering Department, consisting of approximately 35 direct and contract personnel specializing in mechanical engineering, reliability, and inspection. Perform equipment mechanical integrity inspections as scheduled in the Mechanical Integrity program. Supervise NDE technicians and API inspectors. Perform unscheduled equipment inspections as requested by operations, maintenance and engineering personnel per individual task, project or turnaround schedule. Validate contract inspector certifications and qualifications. Ensure all inspection reports clearly explain equipment condition and are submitted in a timely manner. Maintain personal inspection certifications as outlined in the mechanical integrity program. Actively participate in turnaround and shutdown activities. Experience in RTI (Radiographic Testing Interpretation). Five or more years of inspection and mechanical integrity related experience in oil, gas, or chemical manufacturing. Industrial pipefitting/welding experience preferred. An understanding of welding and fabrication processes for both shop and field applications. Knowledge of NDE techniques that are generally applied in the petrochemical industry. The ability to review and approve welding procedures based on the code of construction for repairs and new equipment fabrication.
