Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, polished, and highly skilled Licensed Esthetician with at least 3+ years of experience in advanced skincare and client-focused service. This is an opportunity to be part of a founding team and grow with a premium brand.
We are especially interested in estheticians with diverse skill sets who are confident in both treatment execution and client consultation.
What Were Looking For:
Expertise in advanced facial treatments (custom facials, chemical peels, microneedling, hydrafacial, etc.)
Experience or strong interest in laser treatments and medical-grade skincare
Strong ability to consult, educate, and build long-term client relationships
Proven track record in retail sales and treatment package recommendations
Aesthetic eye for detail and commitment to delivering visible, high-quality results
Professional, polished demeanor with a luxury service mindset
Responsibilities:
Perform customized, results-driven facial treatments
Conduct in-depth consultations and create tailored treatment plans
Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and client comfort
Deliver a high-touch, luxury client experience
Collaborate with the team to build a strong, reputable brand
Qualifications:
Active Virginia Esthetician License
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a spa or medspa setting
Experience with advanced treatments and/or devices
Strong sales ability and client retention skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and continuous learning
