Responsibilities:
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rulesThoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and securityReport any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipesDistribution of packages to condosAccess control into propertyQualifications:
Must have a valid driver licenseMust be able to obtain and register as a Proprietary Security GuardCPR / AED / First Aide training will be required upon hireMust be able to pass drug screen and background checkAbility to handle physical workload (not more than 50 pounds)Strong attention to detailEqual opportunity employer.
