Manage meet and greet/interviews meetings with BT’sSubmit and confirm initial assessment authorizationConfirm eligibility and client benefits on all referralsAssist management of SanDataUpload documents to Care ConnectManage center capacity and schedulingSign technicians and clients in/out of the centerMaintain adequate supplies in center and office through proper inventory managementCommunicate with Centria Facilities Manager and property manager as appropriate on any maintenance needsMaintain center budgetManage day to day facility operations to ensure facility is a safe and clean environment at all timesManage iPads – handle iPad contracts and iPad assignments. Assure iPad deliver to therapists. Manage iPad return when technicians quit or are terminatedAssure center is meeting BHCOE requirementsGreet guests in the officeManage voicemailsClean center daily (organize, trash, wipe down counters and toys)Attend BT recruiting eventsSchedule and coordinate QBS trainingAssist BT’s with any IT or payroll coordinationConduct iPad training with BT’sOrganize Saturday schedules with center clientsAssure center is staffed when out of the officeCoordinate with CSM, OD, BCBA, RCD to assure all office and center needs are metKey Performance Indicators-
BT utilization – Goal is 80% for center-based clientsCenter usage to capacity: Goal to achieve 100% usage to capacity based upon available clients for the center100% Initial Assessment Authorization- measured by FCT reviewsMaintenance of monthly office budgetInter-office conflict management measured through number of technician and BCBA complaints received with goal of minimizing this to no more than 1 per quarterRecruiting 10 BT’s per quarter through recruiting eventsEffective management of facilities measure through regular inspection of facilities to ensure center is clean and safe. Any justified complaints by outside parties (CMH inspection etc.) regarding anything within the control of the center coordinator will be used to measure performance in this areaBi-weekly performance reviews with Operations DirectorRequired Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism.
In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential. You will need to be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team environment. We will provide comprehensive training so that you are equipped and empowered to help each child, even if you don’t currently have experience. Children can be unpredictable and potentially confrontational, so this role is not for the weak of spirit, mind, or body. Part of the joy of working with kids is exercise! Our clients move, so you need to be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and at times carrying children or objects that weigh up to 50 pounds.
