Job description
The Settlement Processor is responsible for pre-closing, coordinating with lenders, preparing closing statements, issuing title policies, preparation and recording of documents and making appropriate disbursements associated with the settlement and post-closing.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Review and clear title;Identify underwriting concerns;Prepare the Closing Disclosure/Settlement Statement when applicable;Order Title Search and Updates as applicable and prepare tax certifications Order DeedsOther duties as requiredPerformance Expectations

3-5+ years of title specific or similar experiencePrior experience in a settlement, escrow, or title role is a plus.Intermediate level Microsoft Office experienceKnowledge and Skills:
Title Industry Software; preferably Qualia and TSS Ability to handle multiple transactions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and customer service skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Health Insurance, Ability to Grow with us and Marketing Growth
